I've been looking into the Monaco property market recently, especially how local agencies position themselves in such a small and highly competitive market. One company I came across is Monaco Legend Properties.

For anyone familiar with Monaco real estate, how important is it to work with an agency that has strong local knowledge and an established network? I imagine access to properties and local contacts can make quite a difference compared with searching from abroad.
